Duration: April 27 – May 29, 2026 (Approx. 1 Month)
Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour
Location: Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga

Position Overview:
We are seeking a temporary Service Support Technician to assist our client's Service Center team for approximately one month. This role supports the day-to-day operations of servicing surgical and medical devices, ensuring equipment is properly processed, maintained, and ready for use. Final confirmation of this role will be provided later this week or next week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and close work orders for returned demo and loaner units
• Inspect, clean, sterilize, decontaminate, and reprocess surgical and medical devices
• Perform repair assessments and quality control (QC) checks on devices
• Replenish Service Technicians’ workbenches with consumables and supplies
• Order and maintain Service Center inventory, including consumables and supplies
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including dismantling and assembling demo equipment, accessories, and parts
• Support general Service Center operations and take on additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma (college diploma preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in a Service Center or similar environment is an asset
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with Microsoft AX, Spire, and SharePoint is an asset (training can be provided)
