Shop Supervisor

$30-$35/hour

A manufacturing company in Coatesville is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor / Lead Assembler to join their team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can lead a small team, manage inventory, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of 4 or more assemblers
Oversee daily production and help ensure orders are completed on time
Manage incoming inventory and keep materials organized
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
Operate a forklift safely as needed
Help with assembly, fabrication, and general shop duties
Work closely with the team to maintain quality and productivity

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a shop supervisor or manufacturing supervisor
Previous experience supervising assemblers or production employees
Forklift certification required
Prior welding and fabrication experience or strong working knowledge
Experience with inventory and material handling
Ability to load and unload trucks and move materials safely
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable with a strong work ethic
