Food Manufacturing Assembly Line Worker

We are seeking dependable individuals to join a food manufacturing production team. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting safe and efficient production operations.

Job Duties

• Operate bottling and packaging line equipment according to established procedures
• Monitor products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
• Move raw materials and finished products within the production area
• Rotate between multiple workstations as needed to support production requirements
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
• Perform quality inspections and identify product defects or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all workplace safety rules and company policies
• Assist with general production, packaging, and material handling tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording production information
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 37 pounds
• Ability to work safely while maintaining productivity standards
