Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Landscaper to maintain and improve outdoor properties in the Pine Bluff area. This position requires hands-on experience with landscaping equipment and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.

 

Job Duties:

• Mow, edge, and maintain lawns to a clean and professional standard
• Trim bushes, hedges, and trees
• Operate zero turn mower for large areas
• Use weed eater for detailed trimming around edges, fences, and structures
• Operate tractor with bush hog for clearing overgrown areas
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and maintain landscaped beds
• Remove debris, leaves, and trash from properties
• Perform basic upkeep of equipment and report any issues

Requirements:

• Must have experience operating zero turn mower, weed eater, and tractor with bush hog
• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience required
• Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow directions and work independently or with a team
