Express Pros is looking for Quality Inspection Technicians to work with our valued client in Cortland, OH.

Shift: Day (Hours Vary 7a-3p, 8a-4p)

Pay: $18.00 per hr

Core Job Duties and Responsibilities

Inspecting Materials & Products: Perform visual, physical, and mechanical inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.

Using Precision Tools: Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, depth gauges, and optical comparators to verify dimensions.
Documentation & Reporting: Record inspection results, test data, and quantities in reports or databases (e.g., SAP, Excel), and maintain accurate logs of non-conforming materials.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance.
Defect Analysis: Identify causes of product defects and suggest corrective actions or process improvements.
Equipment Calibration: Ensure inspection tools are calibrated and functioning accurate
