We're looking for a creative force who lives and breathes digital content — someone who can turn an idea into scroll-stopping video in hours, not weeks. You'll own the narrative across our social platforms, blending cultural awareness with sharp visual instincts to craft content that audiences genuinely want to watch, share, and come back for. This is a full time permanent role with a company based out of West Mississauga.

About the Role:
We're looking for a creative force who lives and breathes digital content — someone who can turn an idea into scroll-stopping video in hours, not weeks. You'll own the narrative across our social platforms, blending cultural awareness with sharp visual instincts to craft content that audiences genuinely want to watch, share, and come back for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and engaging multimedia content that tells a cohesive brand story across all digital channels.
- Shoot and edit using your phone or lightweight cameras — no huge crews or overthinking.
- Lead the creation of organic and paid content that resonates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Be a subject matter expert on social media trends and platform-native content creation, with a priority focus on video for TikTok and Instagram.
- Drive unique ideas — often ahead of the curve — steering trend curation and producing thumb-stopping content audiences want to rewatch and share.
- Collaborate with internal Creative, Brand, and Social teams to align on objectives, brainstorm innovative ideas, develop content strategies, and iterate based on performance metrics.
- Apply skilled lighting, filming, and editing techniques to produce videos that entertain and engage customers with our brands, people, and products.
- Use motion graphics animation software and AI tools to create scroll-stopping digital content.
What You Bring:
- Deeply plugged into internet culture, emerging trends, sound bites, and memes — and able to adapt them fast.
- Brings fresh ideas to the table daily, from trending formats to original concepts.
- Strong visual mindset with a solid understanding of video composition and pacing.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in videography and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of composition, lighting, animation, design, and typography.
- Marketing mindset with knowledge of digital marketing and platform-specific requirements across social media, digital display, email, and web.
- Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing your best work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret creative direction and bring it to life through video.
