• General Laborers – starting at $18+/hr – Experience preferred.
• Concrete Finishers – $25–$30+/hr – Experience Required.
• Excavator / Hi-Hi Operators (CDL-A required) – $30–$40+/hr – Experience Required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates – Experience preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with concrete pours, forming, and site prep
• Perform finishing work depending on skill level
• Operate heavy equipment (for qualified candidates)
• Support crew with general construction tasks
• Follow safety protocols and work as part of a team

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required for all roles)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
• Construction or concrete experience preferred
• CDL-A required for equipment operator roles
