We’ve partnered with a North Shore boutique law firm experiencing rapid growth in its estate planning division. With a strong foundation, established client pipeline, and a collaborative team already in place, they’re looking for an entrepreneurial attorney to step in and lead, build, and scale the practice.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and expand the estate planning practice
• Strengthen and optimize internal workflows and client processes
• Cultivate referral relationships (financial planners, CPAs, and other partners)
• Deliver high-quality estate planning services with a client-first approach
• Drive long-term growth and efficiency of the division

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of estate planning experience
• Strong attention to detail and a high-performance work ethic
• A business-minded, entrepreneurial approach to practice growth
• Ability to build relationships and generate referral business
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate
