1st Shift Customer Service Representatives

Located in Waukesha, WI

Salary: $24 - $30/hr

Customer Service Representative #1441

 

Pay: $24 - $30/hr per hour based on experience

Schedule: Mondays - Thursdays (8am-4pm) & Fridays (7am-3pm)

 

Duties: Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with quote requests. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer calls and emails
Maintain communication between customers, sales team, and production team. Maintain CRM records. Run inventory reports and assist with stock tracking
Assist with collections and accounting deposits. Support purchasing department
Support sales and marketing department with various projects

 

Requirements: College, vocational / technical degree and / or equivalent experience in industry with a strong emphasis on communication skills, sales and service.
