Pay: $19.50/hour + Overtime Opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

We’re looking for dependable, hands-on individuals with an interest or experience in sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing to join this growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform sheet metal fabrication and assembly of walk-in cooler and freezer panels
• Operate tools and equipment to support production processes
• Foam, assemble, and finish insulated panels
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards
• Package finished materials for shipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working with tools and in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong attendance and reliable work history
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
