Event Production Team Member (General Labor)

Join a dynamic event production team and help bring events to life. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with event setup, teardown, and warehouse operations during our busy event season.

Job Duties

• Set up and tear down event equipment, décor, and event displays
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Pull inventory, materials, and décor items using detailed pull lists
• Assist with warehouse organization and general production activities
• Support event preparation and installation projects as assigned
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and assist in various production and warehouse tasks
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain physically active throughout the workday
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Primarily weekday hours
• Occasional weekend work required
• Seasonal position with availability needed through June
