HR Assistant
Up to $22/hr | PAID WEEKLY
Location: Honolulu, HI
As an HR Assistant, you’ll support core HR functions that keep the organization running smoothly. You will process personnel actions, maintain accurate employee records, audit timekeeping, assist with benefits and leave, and help deliver a consistent, positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Process personnel actions (new hires, separations, pay changes) and maintain complete, accurate data in HR systems.
• Support benefits and leave administration, assisting employees and coordinating documentation.
• Review and audit time/attendance, leave forms, and mileage reimbursements for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist with recruitment activities, new‑hire orientations, and preparation of required HR paperwork.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative HR support including filing, data entry, responding to employee questions, workers’ comp paperwork, and record maintenance.
Experience & Qualifications
• Required: Two (2) years of HR‑related experience applying personnel rules, regulations, procedures, or program requirements.
• Strong ability to interpret policies, maintain accurate records, and communicate tactfully with employees and the public.
• Preferred: Experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems and strong attention to detail in data entry.
