Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Client Services & Intake Coordinator for a nonprofit organization located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $25 per hour. This is a full-time, temporary (short-term project) position on a day shift, working Monday – Friday. The assignment is expected to last approximately 11 weeks, with potential for extension or permanent placement.

This role supports a mediation services program and plays a critical part in client intake, customer service, and administrative support. The Client Services & Intake Coordinator serves as a first point of contact for clients, ensures accurate data entry and documentation, and provides clerical support to operations leadership.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls from clients seeking mediation services
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service and excellent phone etiquette
• Collect and accurately enter client intake data into internal systems
• Complete follow-up paperwork and maintain organized client records
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and office leadership
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
