Salary: $25 per hour

Express Employment is seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's team here in Everett, WA as a Housing Admin Support specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating communication and resolving issues between tenants and landlords within our organization.

Shift: Monday to Friday

Duration: 4-6 weeks - starting ASAP

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between tenants and landlords, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Assist tenants and landlords with payment plans and financial negotiations as needed.
• Mediate disputes between parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of communications and agreements.

Requirements:

• Strong computer and phone skills, with proficiency in email communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or mediation preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
