  • Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within relevant industries.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively.
  • Expertise in business development, account management, and lead generation techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for sales tracking and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies that support direct sales efforts.
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively upsell solutions.
  • Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with territory management, inside sales coordination, and retail sales environments is advantageous.
