Warehouse Associate

Core Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of leather hides, tools, or materials
• Inspect for damage or quality issues
• Organize leather stock (often by type, color, grade, or size)
• Label and track inventory in a system
• Perform cycle counts or full inventory checks
• Pick and pack customer orders (could include cutting or measuring leather)
• Prepare items for shipping or pickup
• Print labels, prepare pallets, and coordinate outgoing shipments
• Work with carriers like UPS/FedEx or freight companies
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Stack, store, and move heavy leather rolls or hides

Physical & Skill Requirements

• Ability to lift 40–70 lbs 
• Comfortable standing, bending, and walking for long shifts
• English and Spanish
