Our client in Cedar Rapids, IA is looking for a Warehouse Associate!

Position Summary: Our client is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to support daily warehouse operations. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring materials are received, organized, and prepared for installation teams. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving and unloading incoming products, ensuring items are undamaged and accurate
• Retrieve and stage materials from storage areas for installation crews
• Pre-stage door products daily to support efficient job site operations
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
• Operate warehouse equipment to load, unload, move, and stack materials (training provided)
• Organize inventory on shelves and racks according to company standards
• Deliver parts and materials to job sites as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability and willingness to learn warehouse equipment operation
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean workspace

Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 40 hours per week

Pay:

• $18/hour
