We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join a fast-paced manufacturing team at Express for a company specializing in producing high-quality bead materials used in advanced water filtration systems.

This is a hands-on, physically active role ideal for candidates who thrive in industrial environments and are comfortable working in high-temperature conditions.

Position Overview

As a General Laborer / Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process—from raw material handling to final packaging. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to maintain productivity in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load raw material powder into processing machines by lifting and maneuvering heavy barrels (up to 50 lbs)
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment from elevated platforms
• Inspect and sift processed materials to remove impurities and ensure quality standards
• Transport finished material to temperature-controlled areas for proper cooling
• Package cooled product into bags for distribution and shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Work Environment

• High-heat manufacturing setting
• Physically demanding work with frequent lifting, standing, and movement
• Combination of hot production areas and refrigerated cooling zones

Schedule & Pay

• Swing Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Training Period: First 2 weeks on day shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in hot and physically demanding conditions
• Steel-toed boots required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
