Express Employment Professionals in Eagan is seeking a reliable and highly flexible Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hybrid role, and applicants must be willing and able to perform both warehouse and driving responsibilities as part of their daily duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with physically demanding work. Must have an open schedule as some days with be driving days and other days with be warehouse work days.

Schedule is Monday-Friday:

• When driving shift is: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• When in warehouse shift is: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Must be extremely flexible with hours and scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver garage doors to customer locations
• Load and unload garage door panels and materials onto trucks
• Perform both driving and warehouse duties as needed on a daily basis
• Assist with warehouse operations including staging, organizing, and inventory handling
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety guidelines
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Valid Class D Driver’s License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• DOT certification required
• Must be willing to work in both warehouse and driving roles (hybrid position)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs consistently (heavy lifting required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work flexible and varying hours
• Previous warehouse and/or delivery experience preferred
