About the Role:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent on behalf of a local apartment complex. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people find their next home and has strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate resident records and update property management software.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and community events as needed.
• Ensure leasing office is welcoming, organized, and professional.

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software (RealPage, Yardi, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
