Production Associate/General Laborer

A company in the Shelby County area is looking to add additional production associates to their team.

The ideal candidate is reliable and willing to work hard.     

Pay/Benefits:

• $18/hr

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 5am – 3:30pm or 5:30am – 5pm (depending on department)

• This company makes custom shower panels and shower floors for colleges, homes, and more.

Job Duties:

• Will be working on a line and could be doing a number of things.
• Moving around and loading molds to the line.
• Taping off the molds to prepare for painting.
• Could be painting the products.
• Moving the panel using an air lift from one line to the other.
• Sanding down the panels.
• Packaging them to be ready to be shipped out.

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work in a hot environment.
• Must be ok working in a facility that has paint smell.
• Able to twist, bend, push and pull.
