They are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while serving as a key communication link between customers, sales, accounting, and production.
Position Overview:
As a Administrative Operations Specialist/Customer Service, you will play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, customers are supported promptly, and internal teams stay aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with quote requests
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer calls and emails
- Maintain communication between customers, sales team, and production team
- Maintain CRM records
- Run inventory reports and assist with stock tracking
- Assist with collections and accounting deposits
- Support purchasing department
- Support sales and marketing department with various projects
