Machine Operator - 3rd Shift (HL)

Located in Valley City, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload metal gears into heat-treating machines following proper procedures
• Monitor parts through the heating process and remove finished products safely and efficiently
• Return completed gears to designated containers with accuracy and organization
• Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards
• Handle materials weighing up to 25 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials
• Ensure continuous workflow by supplying product to heat-treating machines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Willingness to assist in multiple areas, including shipping and material handling
