Machine Operator

Located in Andover, NJ

Salary: $19.00/hour

Position Summary:
Responsible for manufacturing rubber parts using a variety of shop equipment and tools while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various shop equipment to produce rubber components
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to maximize production efficiency
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Apply basic math skills for measurements and production accuracy
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of related manufacturing or shop experience preferred
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and basic math
• Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing and walking
• Occasional sitting, bending, and kneeling
• Continuous visual focus required for machine operation

Schedule:

• Thursday through Sunday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
