Salary: $21.00-$22.00

We’re seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Driver to join our team in Dixon, California. This role supports daily warehouse operations by safely moving, loading, and organizing materials. The schedule follows 4-day/10 hours a day workweek, offering a strong work-life balance while maintaining full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Move products between storage locations, production areas, and shipping/receiving zones.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement using scanners or manual logs.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper load handling and hazard awareness.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as palletizing, staging, and organizing materials.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.

Schedule
• 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)

• Consistent weekly schedule with potential overtime based on business needs
• Located onsite in Dixon, CA

Required Qualifications
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one prior to start).
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes.
• Ability to operate additional equipment such as pallet jacks or reach trucks.

Work Environment
• Fast-paced warehouse setting with frequent forklift operation.
• Requires standing, lifting, and equipment operation for extended periods.
• May involve working in varying temperatures depending on the facility.
