Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Experienced Welder/Fabricator for a well-established manufacturing company in the Knapp area. What You'll Do

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication on structural and miscellaneous steel products
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble steel components to specification
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and customer expectations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience
• Experience with MIG welding (structural steel experience preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately use tape measures and other measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
