Our client specializes in the wholesale distribution and processing of Structural, Carbon, Alloy, Abrasion Resistant, Marine & Offshore, Pressure Vessel Quality (PVQ) and Armor grades of steel plates
CNC Burning Machine Operator:2nd shift - 11:30am-10pm (M-Th)
Must train on first shift (7am-3:30pm)$20/hrResponsibilities: - Operation of CNC computer driven burning machine - Operation of non-computerized track burning machine - Ability to read and understand work orders and fill out correctly - Operation of plasma or flame-cutting torches when required - Effectively use all tools associated with performing duties including reading tape measures, calipers, etc. - Operation of all equipment needed in workstation such as hand torches, electro magnets, etc. - Knowledge of specific speeds, fuel setting tips and plasma consumables required to cut various thickness of steel.
