Bi-lingual Team Leader and Driver

Located in Bartlett, TN

Salary: $15-$17/hr

•  Leadership: Lead a team of four cleaners, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure efficient and effective work performance.
•  Driving: Safely transport team members to and from job sites in a company-provided vehicle, ensuring punctuality and schedule adherence.
•  Cleaning: Perform residential cleaning tasks alongside the team, ensuring all areas meet Magic Broom standards.

Mon.- Fri. 8 am-4:30 pm

Pay rate: $18- $20/hr

*Must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English*
