We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility team. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and reliability of industrial equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive technical expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, and be capable of troubleshooting complex issues efficiently. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical components.
• Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to diagnose issues accurately.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), high voltage systems, low voltage circuits, and industrial electrician tasks.
• Operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to assess equipment performance.
• Execute welding tasks, including <LOCATION> welding techniques, to repair or fabricate parts as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards related to HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, and other industrial equipment.
• Support field service activities by providing on-site maintenance and technical assistance.
• Document all maintenance activities thoroughly within the CMMS for tracking and analysis purposes.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Assist in training team members on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
