Salary: $65000-$70,000 DOE

We are seeking an Office Manager for a manufacturing company in Littleton, MA. This role will oversee daily office operations across administration, accounting, customer service, and shipping support in a hands-on, multi-functional role. This is a Direct Hire position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and internal coordination
  • Support customers with order processing and order inquiries
  • Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
  • Manage HR-related tasks, including onboarding and employee records
  • Process payroll and support basic accounting functions, including weekly check runs and accounts payable
  • Prepare reports for leadership as needed
  • Coordinate shipping activities, including packing slips and shipping documentation
  • Assist with packaging small parts to support shipping needs

Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of previous experience in an Office Manager or similar role
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable supporting both administrative and light operational tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
