We’re looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator (2–5 years), with Swiss lathe experience preferred, to run multiple machines in a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment. If you want to grow your skills and build a long-term career, this is the place.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and support multiple CNC machines (Swiss lathe primary)
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Use standard quality tools to ensure precision
• Cross-train across various product lines

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years CNC lathe experience (Swiss preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude & willingness to learn
• Solid, consistent work history and desire for long-term growth
