We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a modern, high‑tech manufacturing shop. Experience with mills and lathes helpful. 

What You’ll Do

• Operate and support multiple CNC machines, with a primary focus on Swiss lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
• Use standard measuring and quality tools to maintain precision and tight tolerances
• Monitor production to ensure consistent, high‑quality output
• Cross‑train across multiple product lines to expand technical skills

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of CNC lathe operating experience (Swiss experience strongly preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Consistent work history and interest in long‑term employment
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, precision‑driven environment
