Entry-Level Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience managing onsite activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Be onsite daily throughout the project duration
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site activities
Interact with clients and visitors as they come onsite
Maintain daily logs, take project photos, and ensure safety sign-in sheets are completed
Document onsite activities, including marking up plans for as-builts and noting changes
Record meeting minutes and other project-related documentation
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and owner for support and guidance
Attend weekly site visits from the PM and bi-weekly visits from the owner

Qualifications:

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Reliable transportation and a proactive attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
All benefits (health, dental, vision, life, short/long term disability)
$65/month phone allowance
Gas card for travel expenses
Company credit card for incidentals
Materials needed to perform your duties after 3 months of employment
Bonus of approximately $3,000 - $6,000 at project completion, based on project success
