Location: Chelmsford, MA
Pay: $22-$24 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
This is a Full Time, Temp to Perm

Position Overview
Our client, a leading electronics manufacturing equipment provider, is seeking an individual with the ability to perform multiple tasks within their shipping and receiving function. Responsibilities will include the global shipment of finished goods product along with the receipt of incoming project materials for machine assembly. This position also requires customer order processing and inventory management for WIP and finished goods, cycling counting and inventory adjustments.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Clerk:

• Processing receipt of material, prepare outgoing shipments to include crating, boxing, packing, shrink wrapping, printing of documents and shipping labels and loading of truck.
• Receive materials within company ERP program accurately and in a timely manner.
• Performs kitting of job orders, sales orders and move tickets by following the established procedure
• Performs some heavy lifting (up to 40lbs) and operates a pallet jack and fork truck to move material.
• Help support the Operations Team in other related activities as needed

Qualifications of the Warehouse Clerk:

• 2 years + of experience working in a shipping, receiving or inventory control role in a manufacturing environment
• Valid Driver’s license required and Forklift operator certification preferred
• Familiarity and prior experience with using basic hand tools, wire crimping, cutting
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and prior experience working with an MRP or ERP system
• US Citizen or permanent resident and able to successfully pass background test and pre-employment drug screening.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English language proficiency)
• Prior electro-mechanical assembly/industry experience preferred
• High School Degree or equivalent
