Site Administrator
Located in Sarnia, ON
Salary: $25.00/Hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our project and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of payroll, accounting, and documentation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify timesheets to ensure accuracy
- Respond to payroll inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies
- Track expenses, process invoices and purchase orders, and assist with budget management
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, compliance records, and daily reports (labor, materials, equipment)
- Enter and manage data using TRACK or CDMS software
- Use Excel spreadsheets for reporting and data analysis
- Perform general administrative duties as required
Wage: $25.00/Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
