What You’ll Do

• Perform final inspections on aerospace parts and assemblies before transfer or shipment
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specs, and strict quality standards
• Use precision tools including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators
• Conduct inspections using CMM and Micro-View systems
• Identify and document defects; generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when needed
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues quickly
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times

What You Bring

• Experience in final inspection within manufacturing or aerospace preferred
• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring equipment
• Familiarity with CMM and Micro-View is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail—you catch what others miss
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Solid math, problem-solving, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel)
