What You’ll Do
•  Oversee all daily accounting operations, including general ledger activity, fixed assets, capital expenditures, leases, inventory, and intercompany transactions, while ensuring an accurate and timely quarterly close process.
•  Lead financial reporting, quarterly reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit/tax preparation, maintaining full compliance with GAAP and supporting year‑end close and budgeting.
•  Manage, train, and develop the Accounting Team, including offshore expense staff by setting clear performance standards, conducting evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
•  Strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency by evaluating policies, updating workflow documentation, and implementing system enhancements or automation.
•  Collaborate across departments to provide financial insights, communicate deadlines or process changes, and support additional projects or organizational initiatives.

What You Bring
•  B.A. or B.S. in business, finance or accounting
•  CPA preferred
•  10+ years of experience
•  US GAAP experience, internal controls, and financial reporting experience required
