Seasonal Warehouse Pick/Pack

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Type: Seasonal, with potential for evaluation to hire

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Seasonal Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate in Salem. The Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing customer orders while maintaining quality and productivity standards. This role plays a key part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders accurately within standard timeframes
  • Receive and put away products in a timely and organized manner
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy
  • Maintain warehouse organization using 5S standards
  • Assist with customer requests, including part look-up and will-call pickups
  • Follow detailed instructions and established processes consistently
  • Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions
  • Maintain regular attendance and work collaboratively with team members
  • Take feedback well and adapt to improve performance
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well in a team environment and takes feedback constructively

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the day
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Repetitive use of hands, arms, and fingers
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
