Inbound Coordinator
Location: Kansas City, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $22.00/HR
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Coordinator to support receiving operations and inventory management within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for processing incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, and helping maintain organized and accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Process incoming orders and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
  • Support inventory management across all product categories
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse
  • Work closely with team members to ensure efficient warehouse flow
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or warehouse experience, preferably in receiving or inventory control
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and terminology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift
