Salary: $19.00/hour + $100 bonus after successful probationary period

As an Eligibility Specialist, you will play a key role in daily operations by providing in-person and phone support to clients, scheduling appointments, and processing online applications. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally at the Front Desk
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Schedule and manage client appointments
• Provide clear information regarding program eligibility
• Process online and on-demand applications
• Maintain confidentiality and detailed records

Required Qualifications:

• Required 3+ years of consecutive office or administrative experience 
• Required Demonstrated job stability and strong attendance history
• Professional customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Required High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
