Gelcoat Position

Located in White Bluff, TN

Salary: $16 / hour

Job Description: 

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable and industrious candidates for a Gelcoat position with an Established Manufacturing Plant in White Bluff, TN. This position will pay $16.00 / hour, and the hours are Monday-Friday from 12AM - 3:30PM.  

Responsibilities:

• Prepare molds, mix gelcoat, and apply to required standards

• Monitor curing conditions, inspect for defects, and complete touch-ups as needed

• Maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and support production and team workflow

• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. 
• Must have previous experience with gelcoat, paint, or industrial coating application
• Has proficiency using spray equipment (HVLP, pressure pot, or similar)
• Pays strong attention to detail and able to follow specifications
• Capable of complying and comfortable with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: (respirator, gloves, suits)
