Salary: $19.00/hour + $100 bonus after successfully completing 60 working days.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
As an Eligibility Specialist, you will play a key role in daily operations by providing in-person and phone support to clients, scheduling appointments, and processing online or on-demand applications. Daily core responsibilities also include greeting customers professionally at the front desk, providing clear information regarding program eligibility, and maintaining confidentiality with detailed records.

Required Qualifications:

• Required 3+ years of consecutive office or administrative experience 
• Required Demonstrated job stability and strong attendance history
• Professional customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Required High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
