Our client, a local food manufacturing company in Ferndale, MI, is seeking qualified packaging associates to join their team! We are taking Walk-in interviews on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 1:15 PM -3:30 PM at 27703 John R Rd., Madison Heights, MI 48071

Position Summary:

Responsible for boxing, bin filling, tube loading and palletizing of product while ensuring all products meet or exceed quality standards.  

Location: Ferndale, MI     

Position Type: Long Term

Shifts Available:

1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Must be flexible on actual working days)

2nd Shift I 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Must be flexible on actual working days) 

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour | Paid Weekly

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to stand for entire shift

• Ability to work in a cold and wet environment (35–40°F) year-round

• Prior packing, box tape machine, and shrink wrap machine preferred

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
