Position Overview:
The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications. The role ensures quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure quality and compliance with tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years professional machining experience.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, lift, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.

Schedule:

• Standard day shifts; Monday–Friday (specific schedule may vary).
