3rd Shift Bailer

Located in Plymouth, IN

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bailer Operator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Hogging Loose Sheets of Corrugated: Collecting and organizing loose sheets of corrugated material to maintain an orderly workspace.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring that carts and trash bins are kept clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Weighing Bales: Accurately weighing bales of material before loading.
• Loading Semi-Trailers: Safely loading weighed bales into semi-trailers for transport.
• Operating a Hi-Lo: Driving a Hi-Lo to move materials, requiring basic experience with operating a Hi-Lo.

Qualifications:

• Previous Hi-Lo experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
