Manufacturing Associate – Caledonia, MI
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with no repetitive heavy lifting, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities, excellent benefits, and a hiring bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Place and remove mandrels from hot molds
• Operate resin presses according to specifications
• Cut and prepare carbon and fiberglass materials, applying them to mandrels
• Work with various machines for application and inspection processes to produce finished bat shells
• Mix solutions, paint, apply graphics, and follow detailed specification sheets and work orders

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Hands-on and adaptable across multiple departments
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
• Capable of standing, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
