Quality Control Inspector – $19/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a quality control inspector for a local boat trailer manufacturer in Maryville, TN.

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:

• Review builds sheets to verify that all trailer specifications have been met and that the assembled parts are correct
• Inspect, test, or measure products for conformance to specifications using measuring tools
• Document defects; update and maintain the Quality Reporting System
• Communicate quality issues to management or department head as necessary
• Provide recommendations for correction, repair, to revision
• Tag trailers with missing parts or defects using a company color-code system
• Adjust, clean, or repair products or processing equipment to correct defects found during inspections
• Disassemble defective parts or components
• Ensure all actions are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Complete all other duties and cross-training activities as assigned

Quality Control Inspector Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Lift objects up to 50lbs
• Bend, crouch, and lift

Quality Control Inspector Shift:

• Fri, Sat, Sun 6a-6:30p
• Full-time
