Position Summary

Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage service desk tickets, and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth end-user operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support PCs, printers, mobile devices, and network systems
  • Resolve service tickets promptly and document issues
  • Deploy and maintain IT equipment and infrastructure
  • Assist with IT projects and improve documentation

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware, Microsoft Office, and basic server/network functions
  • Familiarity with ticketing and endpoint management tools
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Requirements & Environment

  • Onsite work in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and move equipment; bend, reach, and walk as needed
  • Adherence to security policies and occasional travel

Success Metrics

  • Timely issue resolution with minimal disruption
  • Accurate ticket documentation and reliable IT systems
