Salary: $17/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday
Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hr
PPE: Steel-toed boots required; all other PPE provided on site
We are seeking a reliable General Utility Associate to support daily production operations. This role helps keep the facility running smoothly by assisting with material handling, production support, quality checks, and general housekeeping.
Support production by ensuring materials are stocked and available
Start and operate mixer/production line equipment
Empty production lines into pallets for WIP or finished goods
Track inventory produced during the shift
Record downtime and report causes
Use correct packaging materials for each product type
Build pallets to match production output
Load and unload trucks; stage products in correct locations
Perform visual or tool-based quality checks
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 6S standards
Complete additional tasks as assigned
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred
Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and communication
Ability to follow instructions and maintain productivity
