Production Machine Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. This is not an entry-level position—candidates must have prior hands-on experience and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues quickly and accurately
• Repair and replace defective parts to minimize downtime
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with production teams to address equipment concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production machine maintenance (no training provided)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Must be reliable and able to work independently

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screen

Pay:

• Based on experience
