Position Overview

Drivers will operate dry van equipment on long-haul routes, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient delivery of freight. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to safety, and the ability to manage extended time on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a dry van tractor-trailer for long-haul (OTR) routes

• Deliver freight safely, efficiently, and on schedule

• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections

• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation

• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or route updates

• Ensure freight is secured and handled according to DOT standards

• Represent the company professionally at all customer locations

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• 2–3 years of recent OTR/dry van experience preferred

• Clean driving record with no major violations

• Ability to be on the road for extended periods

• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening

• Strong communication and time-management skills
